ION-App 1.7

The ION app is designed exclusively for our subscribers. With this app, existing ION subscribers can:

• Renew broadband account: Renewal can be easily processed by clicking the "Renew Now" button on the home screen. The renewal date will be effective from the renewal date, once the balance amount is adjusted. Payment methods include credit/debit card, wallet, net banking, or requesting a payment pickup for cash or cheque payments through the collection team or using a POS machine.
• Advance Renew broadband account: Subscribers can opt for an advance renewal by selecting the "Advance Renew Now" button on the home screen. In this scenario, the renewal date remains unchanged. Payment options are similar to regular renewals.
• Upgrade existing broadband package: Easily upgrade an existing broadband package by selecting the "Upgrade Package" button on the home screen.

• Put in a payment pickup request: Initiate a payment pickup request with a designated date and time for collection by selecting this option, which is then communicated to the collection team promptly.
• Register a complaint: Subscribers can seamlessly log complaints using the app.
• Rate an engineer: Provide feedback on services rendered by our field engineers directly through the app.
• Get notifications: Stay informed about crucial updates such as renewal reminders, payment pickup statuses, complaint resolutions, and new services through notifications accessible within the app.
